Matt has over 25-years experience transforming data into a competitive advantage for some of the worlds largest retail and property companies.
His career has taken him from Australia to the United Kingdom, the United States, and back again, working on projects from San Francisco to London, and from Birdsville to Christchurch, spanning country towns and capital cities.
Matt has identified strong investment opportunities and advised against poor ones. He has assisted world-leading retailers in selecting sites and optimising their portfolios, helped property funds maintain rents and secure pivotal tenants, and worked with local governments to revitalise town centres.
Matt is as adept at communicating insights as he is at delving deep into data and code to unearth those insights. He has extensive experience working across digital and physical channels, encompassing research, marketing, developments, and property management in the retail, leisure, office, and industrial sectors.
Matt's focus is on delivering pointed, tangible, and actionable advice, supported transparently by data-driven insights, to drive growth for his clients.
